Key services include:
- Working with the venue and vendors to help your event run according to plan
- Helping you develop your run sheet
- Making announcements, including the welcome speech, bridal party entrance, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, and farewell
- Directing the speeches
- Timekeeping and assisting with the schedule
That’s all good! Just remember: being the MC is a job. If you ask a guest, this means they cannot fully relax and enjoy your wedding with everyone else.
Even if you really want a guest to MC your wedding, chances are they will still need my help (e.g. time keeping, advice, making announcements later in the evening, etc). It also means you have a backup plan, just in case.
I’m originally from Newcastle. So you won’t get a super formal, alpha male, “hey look at me” performance. I prefer a natural, easygoing but professional style. Watch my videos and read my reviews for more insights.
I’m experienced in most popular types of music (e.g. rnb, house, EDM, disco, rock, EMO/punk, metal, etc). I also have a particular interest in white girl bangers. Basically, I can cover most tunes. But if you’re looking for…I dunno…1970’s french art pop (I just made that up), then I’m probably not your guy.
Absolutely! You’ll get a client portal with a music questionnaire. This guides you through the song selection. I’m very happy to be guided by your taste in music. For example, you can create a “party playlist” on Spotify and I’ll mix it live at your wedding. However, if you’d prefer that I “take the reigns” , I can do that too! Whatever works for you.
